I have a very tight budget; therefore I will likely select a Gold tariff plan. However, it is important for me to be able to play festive music on holidays. How this could be solved?

You don’t have to solve anything! We have done that for you. With the tariff plan "Full Access Basic", you will always have a possibility to choose any 10 music online channels. Among them, you will find Christmas channel with Christmas music which could be used in December, and Love Songs channel which will come in handy before the 14th of February and the 8th of March. Our partner - ULASP – the organization cooperating with all world-known record companies with representative offices in Ukraine, and ULASP license should be accepted by any inspector. I have downloaded music from the Internet into my iPod and play it in my café. I haven’t had any problems so far. Is that illegal?

Yes, it is. It is illegal. In fact, you can get an agreement / license independently. For this, you need to make up monthly a list of all songs played in your café specifying how many times each of them have been played, and submit this report to the collective property organization (ULASP, UAASP etc). This is required for the purposes of the fees distribution among the artists. As a rule, it is convenient to put yourself into professional hands, in all senses. We save your time and money.

What does it mean to execute a license online? Will it be sent to my e-mail?

When you work with millions of songs recorded in various times, by various composers and arrangers, in various studios, you understand that the difference of sound may be enormous. This is the problem our music unit deals with daily, when updates our digital music archive with new songs. When we faced this for the first time ever, the problem was not so obvious. Music editors on numerous radio channels still do not pay any attention to this thing, and update the playlist with songs received from the record companies without any processing. Having understood this problem, BRN specially developed a unique system of sound mastering through which each track added to our music library goes. I would like quick and energetic music to play in my shops in the morning, medium tempo – in the daytime, and slow music – in the evening. Is that possible?

Of course, it is! Many of our music channels are programmed based on such principle. Why not all of them, you may ask. The thing is that it is impossible for channels of some formats. For example, Love Songs music channel may not play quick and energetic songs. It is also difficult to follow this principle on Classic and Lounge music channels. Moreover, even if you have a small chain, we recommend to become our VIP-client through subscription to Premium tariff plan. In this case, we will adjust the sound tempo in a manual mode, in accordance with the timing provided by you. If you say you want quick music from 9:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m., and slow music after 03.00 p.m., it’s no problem. And even if you want slow music all day long, we’ll do that for you!
